3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments must be booked through our Website, by phone, or in person at our location in Oss.
If you cancel or reschedule less than [24 hours] before your appointment, a cancellation fee of [% or amount] may apply (specify amount or percentage).
Failure to attend a booked appointment (no-show) may result in a charge of the full service price.
